We’re calling all icons.
If you're seeing this you're a very special member of the On community, and have been invited to our first-ever Ambassadors’ Get Together.
From organizers to athletes, our On community inspires every move we make. That’s why we’re bringing together ambassadors for three days of connection and discovery in the Swiss mountains.
On these three days, we want you to feel inspired and enabled to get out and Run Together, unlocking new possibilities to ignite the human spirit. Get ready to move together and connect with ambassadors from different countries.

The short film “Right to Race” follows Dominic Lobalu on his inspiring journey from arriving in Switzerland to meeting his coach and friend Markus Hagmann. Together, they worked tirelessly to get Dominic to the Olympic Games. This included much more than constant training, though, as his refugee status left Dominic without a country to run for.

Our main goal with the "Build the Better You" session is help us identifying long and short-term goals in three areas of our lives: career, health, and personal.

Social Content Challenge
We want to inspire and enable you to focus on connection. Connection to On, other ambassadors, to yourself and your cheer squad online. So, turn around and ask your buddy this question:
What can you find when moving together that you can’t find when moving alone?
Don’t have the answer right away? No worries. You have the whole weekend to get inspired and create the content that best reflects your thoughts and feelings around this.
The Challenge:
Get creative, create a piece of content about your buddy and share it with your cheer squad online on IG or TikTok. Capture content of your buddy where they answer the question “What can you find when moving together that you can’t find when moving alone?”. The format is up to you - be it an interview, videos and pictures with a voice over, etc. There is no one right way. The right way is what feels authentic to you and your buddy.
An example of what an intro could sound like “I’m at the On Ambassador Get Together and I’ve asked Zarah (your buddy) the question “What can you find when moving together that you can’t find when moving alone?”. We got so much inspiration over the weekend and this is what Zarah thinks. OR “Running together is what drives me. I’ve asked Zarah what moving together vs. moving alone means to her and this is what she thinks.”

The prize:
Winners will be announced on Friday (October 6th). Three teams will have the opportunity to win a 500 EUR voucher per person that can be spent to participate in any activity that fosters connection (movement activity, seminar on related topic, Meditation retreat etc.).
